Gotten fish here, and love to pet the puppies!
Super friendly staff, I wasn't sure what my goal was when entering the other day, but they were okay to let me and my fiance poke around and look at the critters. Left after making a plan to come back a later date with more money for a tank set up and some fish, but to the woman working all she saw was us leaving without buying. Still gave a very friendly goodbye and said she hoped we came back.

Love tropic pets!! She is so nice and super helpful!! Pups are well taken care of. All the animals are. Never a bad experience there!
Melody is awsome..she usually has everythng i need for my fish..my parrot n my bunnies..
The only thing I could say negative is that the store itself feels lacking. Maybe in stock (they're small and sell mostly... Well... Tropic fish, and tropic fish supplies) or maybe simply in decor, the store feels a bit too empty as though it's missing something that used to be there and they never filled it in. Still has a nice, clean, nose-friendly atmosphere either way.
